Begin your stay by checking into your Fairmont Kea Lani ocean view suites. Each couple can relax in the spacious comfort of their own large living room, separate bedroom and elegant marble bathroom that features both a bathtub and shower and luxury amenities. Each suite is equipped with two televisions, plenty of living room seating for company, a mini bar and coffee station and a comfortable lanai with views of the ocean.
That evening , Chef Tylun Pang, the executive chef at the Fairmont Kea Lani, will design and prepare a five- course meal according to your preferences. During this custom dinner in the beautiful Kō Restaurant, voted Maui’s Best Restaurant in 2013, Chef Pang will give you the opportunity to “talk story” with him so you can learn about the ingredients and cultural significance of each dish. Each course will be paired with wine selected by Sommelier Tom Bean to compliment the flavors. Dessert will be designed by Pastry Assistant Kendra Carter, a graduate of MCA and recipient of The Tylun Pang Aspiring Chef Scholarship.
